Shipping Policy

Processing and Production Time
All of our items are custom-printed and made to order. Because of this, production time typically takes between 2 to 7 business days before your order is ready to ship. Production times may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Rates and Transit Times
Shipping times begin as soon as your order leaves our printing facility. Estimated transit times depend on your shipping destination and the delivery method selected at checkout. Standard domestic shipping typically takes an additional 3 to 7 business days. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your item has been printed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the delivery progress of your package. If you do not see a tracking email within 10 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at OnlyGodOutfitters@gmail.com.

Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues
We ship to the exact address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipping fees may apply, or the order may be subject to a non-refundable status as custom items cannot be rerouted easily.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery transfers to the carrier. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if the carrier tracking marks the order as successfully delivered to the provided address. If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your item, please contact the local shipping carrier to file a claim.
